Statistical Reports
INSCYTE Corporation publishes the CytoBase Report containing statistical information about the data in CytoBase, its relationship to the target populations and distribution of diagnostic findings. The CytoBase Report is now published Annually.

Editorials
Editorial commentary is included in each CytoBase Report addressing issues relevant to cervical cytology and the Ontario Cervical Screening Program

Nomenclature
Reports are submitted to CytoBase using the CytoBase Abstract Coding Syntax (CACS). The CACS was developed from the Bethes da System for Reporting Cervical/Vaginal Cytologic Diagnoses and incorporates the applicable components of the Ontario Cervical Screening Guidelines.

Follow-up & Recall Protocols
CytoBase automatically creates and tracks follow-up and recall events for each client. The type of event and its expected completion date are set in accordance with screening program business rules and are based on the results of screening or follow-up tests.
