Membership in INSCYTE / CytoBase is open to all organizations which routinely deal with cervical cytology testing, treatment or research.

Owing to the highly private and confidential nature of CytoBase information, membership is by formal licensing agreements that set out the terms and conditions for use of the Database.

While INSCYTE Corporation is a not for profit entity, INSCYTE charges no membership fees at present, as the operating costs of the Database are paid for by Cancer Care Ontario.
